The Eco-Tube system is installed during the construction of new homes by drilling holes in the studs of first-floor exterior walls and walls containing plumbing. These holes are normally ½" in diameter and 6 - 12 inches above the bottom plate. Perforated tubing is then installed in the walls where treatment is desired. Once installed, construction can be completed which conceals the system inside the walls.

IS THE ECO-TUBE SYSTEM COMPATIBLE WITH EXPANDING FOAM (BLOWN-IN) INSULATION?
No, the ECO-TUBE Pest Control System is NOT COMPATIBLE with any type of Expanding Foam (Blown-In) Insulation.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Eco-Tube system can be activated with a phone call once your new home has been occupied. A professional service technician injects the tubes with a liquid pest control product and then purges the tubes with a high-pressure blast of air. The product atomizes in the sections of wall containing the perforated sections of tubing. This creates a barrier of protection that would otherwise be impossible or impractical to apply.
WILL INSTALLATION DELAY THE CONSTRUCTION OF MY HOME?
No. Installation takes place during the
Dried-In phase of construction. During this time the builder is awaiting the framing and electrical inspections. Installation is typically completed in just a few hours.
WHAT DOES THE INSTALLATION COST?
The system is installed for a fee of $225.00* when you select McKendree Termite and Pest Control, Inc. as your termite pre-treat subcontractor.
WHAT DOES THE SERVICE COST?
It ultimately depends on the size of your home. We are sure that you will find that we offer a very competitive rate. In most cases, the Eco-Tube service is less annually than competitors traditional service.
